MINUTES OF THE CENTENNIAL CITY COUNCIL Special Meeting 5:30 PM Monday, April 26, 2010 A Special Meeting of the City Council, specifically a Budget Workshop, was held on this date at the Sheriff’s Office at 13101 E. Broncos Parkway, Centennial, Colorado. A full and timely notice of this meeting had been posted and a quorum was present. 1. Call to Order 2. Roll Call Those present were: Mayor Noon Council Member Dindinger Council Member Gardner Council Member Bosier Council Member McClellan Council Member Anderson Council Member Miller Council Member Weidmann Those absent were: Council Member Phelps Also present were: Jacque Wedding-Scott, City Manager Mike Connor, Assistant City Manager Bob Widner, City Attorney Dave Zelenok, Director of Public Works James Clanton, Management Analyst Elisha Thomas, Assistant to the City Manager Jenn Koscelnik, Executive Assistant Dawn Priday, Director of Finance Jessica Savko, Revenue Analyst Marie White, Director of Human Resources Wayne Reed, Director of Planning & Development Edward Stafford, City Engineer Corri Spiegel, Economic Development Manager Sherry Patten, Manager of Community and Government Affairs Ciandra Jackson-Mills, Acting Public Information and Special Events Manager Kimber Liss, Court Administrator Don Wright, Support Services Manager Brenda Madison, City Clerk 3. 2010 City Council Spring Budget Workshop; 5:33 PM Jason Schrock, Economist with the Colorado Legislative Council, gave a brief presentation. The meeting was recessed at 7:30 PM and reconvened at 7:47 PM. Dawn Priday, Director of Finance discussed the specific impacts of the proposed legislation to the City of Centennial. Jacque Wedding-Scott, City Manager, presented the accomplishments of the City in 2009 regarding Our Voice, Our Vision, Centennial 2030. Elisha Thomas, Assistant to the City Manager, discussed Our Voice Our Vision, Centennial 2030 goals for 2010. Corri Spiegel, Economic Development Manager, gave a brief demonstration of OVOV on the City's Web site. 4.
