MINUTES OF THE CENTENNIAL CITY COUNCIL Special Meeting 5:30 PM Monday, April 27, 2010 A Special Meeting of the City Council, specifically a Budget Workshop, was held on this date at the Sheriff’s Office at 13101 East Broncos Parkway, Centennial, Colorado. A full and timely notice of this meeting had been posted and a quorum was present. 1. Call to Order 2. Jessica Savko, Revenue Analyst, presented the 2010 financial forecast. C.J. Whelan, representing the Centennial Budget Committee, presented the Budget Committee Report. Elisha Thomas, Assistant to the City Manager, and Dawn Priday, Director of Finance, discussed the 2011 budget. 4.
