MINUTES OF THE CENTENNIAL CITY COUNCIL Special Meeting 4:00 PM Monday, February 28, 2011 A Special Meeting of the City Council was held on this date in the Arapahoe County Sheriff’s Office at 13101 Broncos Parkway, Centennial, Colorado. A full and timely notice of this meeting had been posted and a quorum was present. 1. Call to Order Mayor Noon called the meeting to order at 4:00 PM. 2.
