MINUTES OF THE CENTENNIAL CITY COUNCIL Study Session 6:00 PM Monday, March 07, 2011 A Study Session of the City Council was held on this date in the City Council Chambers at 13133 E. Arapahoe Road, Centennial, Colorado. A full and timely notice of this meeting had been posted and a quorum was present. A. Call to Order Mayor Noon called the meeting to order at 6:02 PM. B. Whelan Ken Lucas Curtis Winar C. Joint Meeting: City Council and Centennial Budget Committee; 6:08 PM Dawn Priday, Director of Finance, made a brief introduction. Members of the Budget Committee discussed their role as a committee with Council.
