MINUTES OF THE CENTENNIAL CITY COUNCIL Study Session 6:00 PM Monday, March 14, 2011 A Study Session of the City Council was held on this date in the City Council Chambers at 13133 E. Arapahoe Road, Centennial, Colorado. A full and timely notice of this meeting had been posted and a quorum was present. A. Call to Order Mayor Noon called the meeting to order at 6:03 PM. B. Investment Committee Update; 6:04 PM Council Member Miller introduced the Investment Committee update. Dawn Priday, Director of Finance, made brief introductions. Bruce Ely and Marc McClure, representing Cutwater Asset Management, answered questions from Council. D. Transportation Master Plan Joint Meeting with Planning and Zoning Commission; 6:39 PM Edward Stafford, City Engineer, led the discussion for the Transportation Master Plan with members of Planning and Zoning Commission and Council. Dave Hattan and Jenny Young, representing Felsburg, Holt and Ullevig, and Chris Sheffer and Emily Gloeckner, representing Fehr & Peers, made a presentation. The meeting was recessed at 7:29 PM. The meeting was reconvened at 7:44 PM. E. Deferred Code Item - Home Occupations - Council Policy Dialogue; 7:44 PM Wayne Reed, Director of Community Development, made introductions. Derek Holcomb, Planner, introduced Home Occupations for Council Policy Dialogue. Rita McConnell, Deputy Director of Community Development, and Susie Ellis, Code Enforcement Manager, answered questions from Council. F. Deferred Code Item - Oversized Vehicles on Private Property - Council Policy Dialogue; 8:54 PM Mike Pesicka, Senior Planner, introduced Oversized Vehicles on Private Property discussion for Council Policy Dialogue. Wayne Reed, Director of Community Development, Rita McConnell, Deputy Director of Community Development, and Susie Ellis, Code Enforcement Manager, answered questions from Council. The meeting was recessed at 9:58PM and reconvened at 10:08 PM. G.
