MINUTES OF THE CENTENNIAL CITY COUNCIL Special Meeting – Council Budget Workshop 5:30 PM Monday, April 25, 2011 A Special Meeting of the City Council was held on this date in the Arapahoe County Sheriff’s Office at 13101 E. Broncos Parkway, Centennial, Colorado. A full and timely notice of this meeting had been posted and a quorum was present. 1. Call to Order Mayor Noon called the meeting to order at 5:30 PM. 2. Jacque Wedding-Scott, City Manager, made a brief introduction. Dawn Priday, Director of Finance, and Karen Stickland, Revenue Manager, discussed the year- end review of the 2010 Budget and the 2011 Budget. C.J. Whelan and Ken Lucas, Budget Committee Members, gave a brief report. Ms. Priday led a discussion regarding the general assumptions of the five-year budget plan. Marie White, Director of Human Resources, discussed City employee pay and benefits. Allison Wittern, Public Information and Special Event Manager, discussed sponsorships by the City. Dave Zelenok, Director of Public Works, discussed Public Works issues and concerns. Wayne Reed, Director of Community Development, discussed Animal Services. Council Members discussed other aspects of the Budget. 4. Adjourn There being no further business to discuss, the Regular Meeting was adjourned at 9:50 P.M.
