MINUTES OF THE CENTENNIAL CITY COUNCIL Study Session 6:00 PM Monday, April 18, 2011 A Study Session of the City Council was held on this date in the City Council Chambers at 13133 E. Arapahoe Road, Centennial, Colorado. A full and timely notice of this meeting had been posted and a quorum was present. A. Call to Order Mayor Noon called the meeting to order at 6:03 PM. B. Home Improvement Program - Briefing/Discussion; 6:04 PM Wayne Reed, Director of Community Development, presented. Corri Spiegel, Economic Development Manager, Matt Royer and Dale Gaston representing SAFEbuilt, Tom Pitchford, Chief Building Official, and Dale Mingilton, President of the Better Business Bureau, were presented to discuss the HIP program. Street Lighting Program - Council Policy Dialogue; 7:28 PM Craig Faessler, Traffic and Transportation Engineer, presented. Dave Zelenok, Director of Public Works, was present to answer questions from Council. F. Adjourn There being no further business to discuss, the Study Session was adjourned at 7:58 PM.
