MINUTES OF THE CENTENNIAL CITY COUNCIL Study Session 6:00 PM Monday, April 18, 2011 A Study Session of the City Council was held on this date in the City Council Chambers at 13133 E. Arapahoe Road, Centennial, Colorado. A full and timely notice of this meeting had been posted and a quorum was present. A. Call to Order Mayor Noon called the meeting to order at 6:03 PM. B. Roll Call Those present were: Mayor Noon Council Member Dindinger Council Member Gardner Council Member Bosier Council Member McClellan Council Member Anderson Council Member Miller Council Member Weidmann Council Member Moon Those absent were: None Also present were: Jacque Wedding-Scott, City Manager Bob Widner, City Attorney Dave Zelenok, Director of Public Works Mike Connor, Deputy Director of Public Works Craig Faessler, Traffic and Transportation Engineer Wayne Reed, Director of Community Development Corri Spiegel, Economic Development Manager Tom Pitchford, Chief Building Official James Clanton, Management Analyst Elisha Thomas, Assistant to the City Manager Don Wright, Support Services Manager Brenda Madison, City Clerk Barbara Setterlind, Deputy City Clerk C. Home Improvement Program - Briefing/Discussion; 6:04 PM Wayne Reed, Director of Community Development, presented. Corri Spiegel, Economic Development Manager, Matt Royer and Dale Gaston representing SAFEbuilt, Tom Pitchford, Chief Building Official, and Dale Mingilton, President of the Better Business Bureau, were presented to discuss the HIP program. CDBG Contingency Project Rankings - Briefing/Discussion; 7:15 PM James Clanton, Management Analyst, presented. Karinne Wiebold, Arapahoe County, was present to answer questions from Council. E. Street Lighting Program - Council Policy Dialogue; 7:28 PM Craig Faessler, Traffic and Transportation Engineer, presented. Dave Zelenok, Director of Public Works, was present to answer questions from Council. F. Adjourn There being no further business to discuss, the Study Session was adjourned at 7:58 PM.
