MINUTES OF THE CENTENNIAL CITY COUNCIL Special Meeting 5:30 PM Monday, April 30, 2012 A Special Meeting of the City Council was held on this date in the City Council Chambers at 13133 E. Arapahoe Road, Centennial, Colorado. A full and timely notice of this meeting had been posted and a quorum was present. 1. Call to Order Mayor Noon called the meeting to order at 5:30 PM. 2. Dawn Priday, Director of Finance, presented the 2011 financial year end review and the 2012 financial forecast. Edward Stafford, Deputy Director of Public Works/City Engineer, presented the Capital Improvement Program overview. The meeting was recessed at 7:06 PM and reconvened at 7:23 PM. Ann Crossey presented the City Employee Compensation Policy. The meeting was recessed at 8:52 PM and reconvened at 9:03 PM. Bob Widner, City Attorney, and Dawn Priday, Director of Finance, presented information regarding TABOR and proposed 2012 ballot questions. 4. Adjourn There being no further business to discuss, the Special Meeting was adjourned at 10:35 PM.
