MINUTES OF THE CENTENNIAL CITY COUNCIL Study Session 6:00 PM Monday, April 16, 2012 A Study Session of the City Council was held on this date in the City Council Chambers at 13133 E. Arapahoe Road, Centennial, Colorado. A full and timely notice of this meeting had been posted and a quorum was present. A. Call to Order Mayor Noon called the meeting to order at 6:03 PM. B. Roll Call Those present were: Mayor Noon Council Member Dindinger Council Member Gardner Council Member Bosier Council Member McClellan Council Member Weidmann Council Member Moon Council Member Piko Council Member Lucas Those absent were: None Also present were: Dave Zelenok, Interim City Manager Bob Widner, City Attorney Elisha Thomas, Assistant City Manager/Director of Support Services Carla Coburn, Systems Analyst Gloria Ochoa, Web/Help Desk Coordinator Liz Dunaway, Contract Administrator Brad Kearney, Management Analyst Eric Eddy, Management Analyst Edward Stafford, Deputy Director of Public Works/City Engineer Allison Wittern, Public Information and Special Events Manager Andy Firestine, Principal Planner Craig Faessler, Public Works Program Manager Don Wright, Support Services Manager Brenda Madison, City Clerk Barbara Setterlind, Deputy City Clerk C. IT Outsourcing Services Request for Proposal - Briefing/Discussion; 6:04 PM Elisha Thomas, Assistant City Manager/Director of Support Services, presented. Ms. Thomas introduced Jesse Armstrong, representing Greystone, who made a brief statement. E. Pets and Wildlife - Briefing/Discussion; 7:24 PM Andy Firestine, Principal Planner, presented. Todd Messenger, with Kendig Keast Collaborative, was available to answer questions from Council. F. Adjourn There being no further business to discuss, the Study Session was adjourned at 7:43 PM.
