MINUTES OF THE CENTENNIAL CITY COUNCIL Study Session 6:00 PM Monday, April 16, 2012 A Study Session of the City Council was held on this date in the City Council Chambers at 13133 E. Arapahoe Road, Centennial, Colorado. A full and timely notice of this meeting had been posted and a quorum was present. A. Call to Order Mayor Noon called the meeting to order at 6:03 PM. B. Ms. Thomas introduced Jesse Armstrong, representing Greystone, who made a brief statement.
