MINUTES OF THE CENTENNIAL CITY COUNCIL Study Session 6:00 PM Monday, April 09, 2012 A Study Session of the City Council was held on this date in the City Council Chambers at 13133 E. Arapahoe Road, Centennial, Colorado. A full and timely notice of this meeting had been posted and a quorum was present. A. Call to Order The meeting was called to order at 6:03 PM. B. Roll Call Those present were: Mayor Noon Council Member Dindinger Council Member Gardner Council Member Bosier Council Member McClellan Council Member Weidmann Council Member Moon Council Member Piko Council Member Lucas Those absent were: None Also present were: Dave Zelenok, Interim City Manager Bob Widner, City Attorney Jill Hassman, Assistant City Attorney Mike Connor, Deputy Director of Public Works Craig Faessler, Public Works Program Manager Wayne Reed, Director of Community Development Rita McConnell, Deputy Director of Community Development Andy Firestine, Principal Planner Don Wright, Support Services Manager Brenda Madison, City Clerk Barbara Setterlind, Deputy City Clerk C. Boards and Commissions Update - Briefing/Discussion; 6:03 PM Jill Hassman, Assistant City Attorney, presented. D. PW Contract: Evaluation and Discussion; 6:58 PM Mike Connor, Deputy Director of Public Works, presented. The meeting was recessed at 7:42 PM and reconvened at 7:56 PM. Dave Zelenok, City Manager, answered questions from Council. The meeting was recessed at 8:53 PM and reconvened at 9:03 PM. E. Allowed Animals - Agricultural, Pets, Wildlife and Exotic - Council Policy Dialogue; 9:03 PM Wayne Reed, Director of Community Development, Rita McConnell, Deputy Director of Community Development, and Andy Firestine, Principal Planner, presented. Todd Messinger, Consultant from Kendig Keast Collaborative, was present to answer questions from Council. F. Adjourn There being no further business to discuss, the Study Session was adjourned at 10:31 PM.
