MINUTES OF THE CENTENNIAL CITY COUNCIL Study Session 6:00 PM Monday, April 02, 2012 A Study Session of the City Council was held on this date in the City Council Chambers at 13133 E. Arapahoe Road, Centennial, Colorado. A full and timely notice of this meeting had been posted and a quorum was present. A. Call to Order Mayor Noon called the meeting to order at 6:06 PM. B. Budget Process - Questions and Answers; 6:08 PM Dawn Priday, Director of Finance, answered questions from Council. D. Results of Public Works Citizen Survey - Briefing/Discussion; 6:36 PM Mike Connor, Deputy Director of Public Works, made a brief introduction. Laurie Urban, Research Associate with the National Research Center, presented the results of the survey.
