MINUTES OF THE CENTENNIAL CITY COUNCIL Special Meeting 6:00 PM Monday, April 27, 2015 A Special Meeting of the City Council was held on this date in the Community Room 7272 E. Eagle Street, Centennial, Colorado. A full and timely notice of this meeting had been posted and a quorum was present. 1. Call to Order Mayor Noon called the meeting to order at 6:18 PM. 2. Roll Call Those present were: Mayor Noon Council Member Gardner Council Member Moon Council Member Piko Council Member Lucas Council Member Turley Council Member Truhlar Council Member Gotto Council Member Whelan Those absent were: None Also present were: John Danielson, City Manager Wayne Reed, Deputy City Manager Elisha Thomas, Assistant City Manager Dawn Priday, Director of Finance Sheri Chadwick, Director of Communications Eric Eddy, Assistant to the City Manager Daniel Hutton, Management Analyst Marianne Shilling, Management Analyst Jeff Cadiz, Revenue Manager Linda Gregory, Deputy Director of Finance Lisa Bigelow, Budget Coordinator Liz Dunaway, Purchasing Manager Travis Greiman, Engineering Manager Andy Firestine, Director of Community Development Craig Faessler, Program Manager – Public Works Barbara Setterlind, City Clerk 3. Budget Workshop John Danielson gave a brief re-cap of the April 20th session. Mr. Danielson presented the 2016 decision packages: Minutes – Special Meeting April 27, 2015 Page 2  Comprehensive IT Systems Review: Mr. Danielson asked for further clarification. Consensus to begin process in 2015 and to bring back findings for further discussion at a future Study Session.  Civic Center Remodel: Consensus to choose option five as presented; to appropriate the full amount in 2015; and to instruct staff to report back design plans and construction time frames to Council.  Comprehensive CIP Projects: Travis Greiman presented. He stated he would have cost estimates this summer and would report back during a Study Session in August with the final listing for 2016. 4.
