CENTENNIAL CITY COUNCIL
Special Meeting
5:30 PM Monday, September 21, 2020
A Regular Meeting of the City Council was held on this date in the Virtual Meeting at 13133 E.
Arapahoe Road, Centennial, Colorado. A full and timely notice of this meeting had been posted
and a quorum was present.

Matt Sturgeon, City Manager
Bob Widner, City Attorney

3 Executive Session Pursuant to CRS § 24-6-402(4)(b) and (d) to receive legal
advice and to discuss specialized details of security arrangements to protect
the City in the event of any future cyber-related or other crimes affecting
security.
4 Executive Session Pursuant to CRS 24-6-402(4)(b) to receive legal advice
concerning one or more programs for assessment, collection, and distribution
of land development charges.
