MINUTES OF THE CENTENNIAL CITY COUNCIL Study Session 6:00 PM Monday, September 08, 2010 A Study Session of the City Council was held on this date in the City Council Chambers at 13133 E. Arapahoe Road, Centennial, Colorado. A full and timely notice of this meeting had been posted and a quorum was present. A. Call to Order Mayor Noon called the meeting to order at 6:00 PM. B. D. Building Services Recommended Contractor and In-House Cost Estimates - Briefing/Discussion; 6:43 PM James Clanton, Management Analyst, presented. The meeting was recessed at 7:09 PM for the Regular Meeting. The meeting reconvened at 9:16 PM. E. Open Space Share Back and Conservation Trust Fund Partnership Funding Policy - Briefing/Discussion; 9:17 PM Gary Wilson, Long Range Planning Manager, presented. F.
