MINUTES OF THE CENTENNIAL CITY COUNCIL Study Session 6:00 PM Monday, September 13, 2010 A Study Session of the City Council was held on this date in the City Council Chambers at 13133 E. Arapahoe Road, Centennial, Colorado. A full and timely notice of this meeting had been posted and a quorum was present. A. Call to Order Mayor Noon called the meeting to order 6:00 PM. B. Roll Call Those present were: Mayor Noon Council Member Dindinger Council Member Gardner Council Member Bosier Council Member McClellan Council Member Anderson Council Member Miller Council Member Weidmann Council Member Moon Those absent were: None Also present were: Jacque Wedding-Scott, City Manager Bob Widner, City Attorney Elisha Thomas, Assistant to the City Manager Dawn Priday, Director of Finance Jessica Savko, Revenue Analyst James Clanton, Management Analyst Sherry Patten, Community and Government Affairs Manager Karen Stickland, Revenue Manager Wayne Reed, Director of Planning and Development Don Wright, Support Services Manager Brenda Madison, City Clerk Barbara Setterlind, Deputy City Clerk C. Public Safety Agencies Update on Ballot Initiatives; 6:12 PM Sherry Patten, Community and Government Affairs Manager, made introductions. Don Strickland, Cunningham Fire District Board Member, and Ken Molson, Chair of the South Metro Fire Rescue Board, presented. South Metro Chief Dan Qualman, Board Member Dave Jackson, and Cunningham Fire Chief Jerry Rhodes were also present. Senior Citizen Commission - Task Force Report and Recommendation; 6:27 PM Karen Stickland, Revenue Manager, presented. Members of the task force were in attendance. The meeting was recessed at 6:50 PM and reconvened at 7:07 PM. E. City Council Policy Adopting Rules of Order; 7:07 PM Bob Widner, City Attorney, presented. The meeting was recessed at 8:00 PM and reconvened at 8:10 PM. F. 2010 Revised / 2011 City Manager's Proposed Budget; 8:11 PM Elisha Thomas, Assistant to the City Manager, and Dawn Priday, Director of Finance, presented. G.
