MINUTES OF THE CENTENNIAL CITY COUNCIL Study Session 6:00 PM Monday, September 20, 2010 A Study Session of the City Council was held on this date in the City Council Chambers at 13133 E. Arapahoe Road, Centennial, Colorado. A full and timely notice of this meeting had been posted and a quorum was present. A. Call to Order Mayor Noon called the meeting to order at 6:00 PM. B. Roll Call Those present were: Mayor Noon Council Member Dindinger Council Member Gardner Council Member Bosier Council Member McClellan Council Member Anderson Council Member Miller Council Member Weidmann Council Member Moon Those absent were: None Also present were: Jacque Wedding-Scott, City Manager Bob Widner, City Attorney Karen Stickland, Revenue Analyst Wayne Reed, Director of Planning and Development Edward Stafford, City Engineer Joe Stafford, Animal Control Manager Don Wright, Support Services Manager Brenda Madison, City Clerk Barbara Setterlind, Deputy City Clerk C. New Flood Insurance Rate Maps and Update to City Floodplain Regulations; 6:09 PM Edward Stafford, City Engineer, made a brief introduction. Monica Bortolini, SEMSWA Floodplain Manager, presented. D. Imminent Danger - Council Policy Dialogue; 6:24 PM Wayne Reed, Director of Planning and Development, made introductions and answered questions from Council.
