MINUTES OF THE CENTENNIAL CITY COUNCIL Study Session 6:00 PM Monday, December 06, 2010 A Study Session of the City Council was held on this date in the City Council Chambers at 13133 E. Arapahoe Road, Centennial, Colorado. A full and timely notice of this meeting had been posted and a quorum was present. A. Call to Order The meeting was called to order by Mayor Noon at 6:04 PM. B. Roll Call Those present were: Mayor Noon Council Member Gardner Council Member Bosier Council Member McClellan Council Member Anderson Council Member Miller Council Member Weidmann Council Member Moon Those absent were: Council Member Dindinger, excused Also present were: Jacque Wedding-Scott, City Manager Bob Widner, City Attorney Maureen Juran, Assistant City Attorney Kathie Guckenburger, Assistant City Attorney Dave Zelenok, Director of Public Works Mike Connor, Deputy Director of Public Works Richard Lewis, Public Works Program Manager Craig Faessler, City Traffic and Transportation Engineer Kimber Liss, Court Administrator Allison Wittern, Public Information and Special Events Manager Susie Ellis, Code Compliance Manager Don Wright, Support Services Manager Brenda Madison, City Clerk Barbara Setterlind, Deputy City Clerk C. Model Traffic Code Updates; 6:05 PM Maureen Juran, Assistant City Attorney, presented. Susie Ellis, Code Enforcement Manager, Sergeant Scott Lilly, Arapahoe County Sheriff's Department, and Kimber Liss, Court Administrator, were present to answer questions from Council. Public/Private Partnership Award - Briefing/Discussion; 6:19 PM Dave Zelenok, Director of Public Works, presented. Rick Norment, Director of the National Council of Public/Private Partnerships, discussed the importance of receiving this award. The following items were moved from the Regular Meeting Agenda to the end of the Study Session. 15. Reports a. City Manager Jacque Wedding-Scott, City Manager, made a brief report. b. City Attorney (None) c. City Clerk (None) d. Council Members Council Members Moon, Bosier, and Miller made brief reports. F. Mayor’s Report and Comments Mayor Noon made a brief report. G. Adjourn There being no further business to discuss, the Study Session was adjourned at 6:43 PM.
