MINUTES OF THE CENTENNIAL CITY COUNCIL Walnut Hills General Improvement District 6:00 PM Monday, December 13, 2010 A meeting of the Walnut Hills General Improvement District was held on this date in the City Council Chambers at 13133 E. Arapahoe Road, Centennial, Colorado. A full and timely notice of this meeting had been posted and a quorum was present. 1. Call to Order Chairperson Noon called the meeting to order at 9:59 PM. 2. Minutes a. November 15, 2010 Director Weidmann moved approval of Minutes. Director Bosier seconded the motion. With Chairperson Noon, Director Dindinger, Director Gardner, Director Bosier, Director McClellan, Director Anderson, Director Miller, Director Weidmann, Director Moon voting AYE, and (None) voting NAY; Absent: 0. THE MOTION Passed. 4. RESOLUTION NO. 2010-WHGID-R-03 A RESOLUTION TO SET 2010 MILL LEVY Director Weidmann moved approval of RESOLUTION NO. 2010-WHGID-R-03 A RESOLUTION TO SET 2010 MILL LEVY. Director Bosier seconded the motion. With Chairperson Noon, Director Dindinger, Director Gardner, Director Bosier, Director McClellan, Director Anderson, Director Miller, Director Weidmann, Director Moon voting AYE, and (None) voting NAY; Absent: 0.
