MINUTES OF THE CENTENNIAL CITY COUNCIL Study Session 6:00 PM Monday, December 13, 2010 A Study Session of the City Council was held on this date in the City Council Chambers at 13133 E. Arapahoe Road, Centennial, Colorado. A full and timely notice of this meeting had been posted and a quorum was present. A. Call to Order Mayor Noon called the meeting to order at 6:02 PM. B. Roll Call Those present were: Mayor Noon Council Member Dindinger Council Member Gardner Council Member Bosier Council Member McClellan Council Member Anderson Council Member Miller Council Member Weidmann Council Member Moon Those absent were: None Also present were: Jacque Wedding-Scott, City Manager Bob Widner, City Attorney James Clanton, Management Analyst Don Wright, Support Services Manager Brenda Madison, City Clerk Barbara Setterlind, Deputy City Clerk C. 2011 CDBG Awards - Briefing/Discussion; 6:03 PM James Clanton, Management Analyst, introduced the Community Development Block Grant Program. Karinne Wiebold, CDBG Administrator, Arapahoe County, presented. D. Alcohol Tastings Ordinance Changes - Council Policy Dialogue; 6:42 PM Brenda Madison, City Clerk, introduced alcohol tastings ordinance changes. Council discussed the proposed changes.
