A Study Session of the City Council was held on this date in the City Council Chambers at 13133
E. Arapahoe Road, Centennial, Colorado. A full and timely notice of this meeting had been
posted and a quorum was present.
A. Call to Order
Mayor Noon called the meeting to order at 6:02 PM.

James Clanton, Management Analyst, introduced the Community Development Block Grant
Program. Karinne Wiebold, CDBG Administrator, Arapahoe County, presented.
D. Alcohol Tastings Ordinance Changes - Council Policy Dialogue; 6:42 PM
Brenda Madison, City Clerk, introduced alcohol tastings ordinance changes. Council discussed
the proposed changes.
