MINUTES OF THE CENTENNIAL CITY COUNCIL Study Session 6:00 PM Monday, January 03, 2011 A Study Session of the City Council was held on this date in the City Council Chambers at 13133 E. Arapahoe Road, Centennial, Colorado. A full and timely notice of this meeting had been posted and a quorum was present. A. Call to Order Mayor Noon called the meeting to order at 6:01 PM. B. Roll Call Those present were: Mayor Noon Council Member Dindinger Council Member Gardner Council Member Bosier Council Member McClellan Council Member Anderson Council Member Miller Council Member Weidmann Council Member Moon Those absent were: None Also present were: Jacque Wedding-Scott, City Manager Bob Widner, City Attorney Elisha Thomas, Assistant to the City Manager Dawn Priday, Director of Finance Liz Dunaway, Contract Administrator Kelly Ohaver, Administrative Assistant Don Wright, Support Services Manager Brenda Madison, City Clerk Barbara Setterlind, Deputy City Clerk C. Council Procedure for Policy Ratification - Briefing/Discussion; 6:02 PM Elisha Thomas, Assistant to the City Manager, presented. Bob Widner, City Attorney, answered questions from Council. The meeting was recessed at 7:41 PM for the Regular meeting. The meeting was reconvened at 8:14 PM.
