MINUTES OF THE CENTENNIAL CITY COUNCIL Study Session 6:00 PM Monday, June 13, 2011 A Study Session of the City Council was held on this date in the City Council Chambers at 13133 E. Arapahoe Road, Centennial, Colorado. A full and timely notice of this meeting had been posted and a quorum was present. A. Call to Order Mayor Noon called the meeting to order at 6:03 PM. B. Audit Committee Presentation of 2010 Audit and Comprehensive Annual Financial Report - Briefing/Discussion; 6:05 PM Dawn Priday, Director of Finance, made introductions. Ernie Sampias, Audit Committee member, presented. Wendy Swanhorst, Swanhorst and Company, and Thomas Byran, Accounting Manager, were present. IKEA Grand Opening Plans - Update; 6:15 PM Mary Lynn Thompson, Store Operations Manager, and Julie Garcia, Safety and Security Manager, representing IKEA, presented. Annie Beckman and Joseph Roth, IKEA Public Affairs/Marketing, were introduced. Edward Stafford, City Engineer, answered questions from Council. E.
