MINUTES OF THE CENTENNIAL CITY COUNCIL Study Session 6:00 PM Monday, December 05, 2011 A Study Session of the City Council was held on this date in the City Council Chambers at 13133 E. Arapahoe Road, Centennial, Colorado. A full and timely notice of this meeting had been posted and a quorum was present. A. Call to Order Mayor Noon called the meeting to order at 6:02 PM. B. City Website Redesign - Briefing/Demo; 6:04 PM Allison Wittern, Public Information and Special Events Manager, and Carla Coburn, Systems Analyst, presented. D. Street Name Signs - Briefing/Discussion; 6:14 PM Craig Faessler, Program Director Public Works, made a brief introduction. Chris Sheffer, City Traffic Engineer, presented. E. Executive Session Pursuant to C.R.S. 24-6-402(4)(d) to Receive Specialized Details of Investigations by the Arapahoe County Sheriff's Office Concerning Past Criminal Activity; 6:47 PM Council Member Moon moved TO GO INTO EXECTUTIVE SESSION PURSUANT TO C.R.S. 24-6-402(4)(d) TO RECEIVE SPECIALIZED DETAILS OF INVESTIGATIONS BY THE ARAPAHOE COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE CONCERNING PAST CRIMINAL ACTIVITY. Council Member Bosier seconded the motion. With Mayor Noon, Council Member Dindinger, Council Member Gardner, Council Member Bosier, Council Member McClellan, Council Member Miller, Council Member Anderson, Council Member Weidmann, Council Member Moon voting AYE, and (None) voting NAY; Absent: 0. THE MOTION Passed. Upon returning from Executive Session, Council agreed that no topics other than those announced had been discussed. The meeting was recessed at 7:10 PM for the Regular meeting and reconvened at 10:25 PM. F. General Improvement District - Council Policy Discussion; 10:25 PM Marcus McAskin, Assistant City Attorney, presented. G. Voting and Request to Speak Equipment for City Council Chambers - Briefing/Discussion; 10:47 PM Brenda Madison, City Clerk, presented. H. Adjourn There being no further business to discuss, the Study Session was adjourned at 11:02 PM.
