6:00 PM Monday, August 13, 2012
A Study Session of the City Council was held on this date in the City Council Chambers at 13133
E. Arapahoe Road, Centennial, Colorado. A full and timely notice of this meeting had been
posted and a quorum was present.
A. Call to Order
Mayor Noon called the meeting to order at 6:02 PM.

Wayne Reed, Director of Community Development, made a brief introduction. Tamra Gregory,
Code Enforcement Manager, presented. She introduced her staff, Jesse LaNunziata, Barbara
Novoryta and Shawn Crosby.
D. Rules and Regulations Regarding the Use of the Parker Jordan Centennial Open
Space - Briefing/Discussion; 6:39 PM

Brenda Madison, City Clerk, presented. Maureen Juran, Assistant City Attorney, answered
questions from Council. Also present were Election Commission Members Vicki Harimon and
Gerry Cummins.

There being no further business to discuss, the Study Session was adjourned at 7:15 PM.
