MINUTES OF THE CENTENNIAL CITY COUNCIL Study Session 6:00 PM Monday, August 20, 2012 A Study Session of the City Council was held on this date in the City Council Chambers at 13133 E. Arapahoe Road, Centennial, Colorado. A full and timely notice of this meeting had been posted and a quorum was present. A. Call to Order Mayor Noon called the meeting to order at 6:01 PM. B. Pavement Condition Index Results - Briefing/Discussion; 6:01 PM Dave Zelenok, Director of Public Works, made a brief introduction. Michael Terry and Ron Adderley, representing CH2MHill, presented. Mike Connor, Deputy Director of Public Works, and Monty Sedlak, Public Works Operations Manager, answered questions from Council.
