MINUTES OF THE CENTENNIAL CITY COUNCIL Study Session 6:00 PM Monday, February 04, 2013 A Study Session of the City Council was held on this date in the City Council Chambers at 13133 E. Arapahoe Road, Centennial, Colorado. A full and timely notice of this meeting had been posted and a quorum was present. A. Call to Order Mayor Noon called the meeting to order at 6:05 PM. B. C-470 Coalition Update; 6:06 PM Chris Sheffer, Traffic Engineer, presented. Roger Sherman, representing CRL Associates Inc, Laurence Warner, representing Parsons Brinckerhoff, Jim Brady, representing Wilson & Company, and Art Griffith, representing Douglas County, were all present and answered questions from Council.
