MINUTES OF THE CENTENNIAL CITY COUNCIL Study Session 6:00 PM Monday, September 09, 2013 A Study Session of the City Council was held on this date in the City Council Chambers at 13133 E. Arapahoe Road, Centennial, Colorado. A full and timely notice of this meeting had been posted and a quorum was present. A. Call to Order Mayor Noon called the meeting to order at 6:01 PM. B. Executive Session Pursuant to C.R.S. § 24-6-402(4)(e) to Devise Negotiation Strategy and Instruct Negotiators Concerning a Request for a Redevelopment Incentive Agreement D. Executive Session Pursuant to C.R.S. § 24-6-402(4)(e) to Devise Negotiation Strategy and Instruct Negotiators Concerning the Annexation of One or More Properties and Rights-of-Way Council Member Piko moved to go into Executive Session Pursuant to C.R.S. § 24-6-402(4)(e) to Devise Negotiation Strategy and Instruct Negotiators Concerning a Request for a Redevelopment Incentive Agreement and Pursuant to C.R.S. § 24-6-402(4)(e) to Devise Negotiation Strategy and Instruct Negotiators Concerning the Annexation of One or More Properties and Rights-of-Way.
