MINUTES OF THE CENTENNIAL CITY COUNCIL Special Meeting 6:00 PM Monday, September 16, 2013 A Special Meeting of the City Council was held on this date in the City Council Chambers at 13133 E. Arapahoe Road, Centennial, Colorado. A full and timely notice of this meeting had been posted and a quorum was present. A. Call to Order Mayor Noon called the meeting to order at 6:05 PM. B. John Danielson, City Manager, gave and introduction and answered questions from Council. Dawn Priday, Finance Director, presented. D.
