MINUTES OF THE CENTENNIAL CITY COUNCIL Study Session 6:00 PM Monday, December 09, 2013 A Study Session of the City Council was held on this date in the City Council Chambers at 13133 E. Arapahoe Road, Centennial, Colorado. A full and timely notice of this meeting had been posted and a quorum was present. A. Call to Order Mayor Noon called the meeting to order at 6:06 PM. B. Roll Call Those present were: Council Member Dindinger Council Member Gardner Council Member Bosier Council Member McClellan Council Member Weidmann Council Member Moon Council Member Piko Council Member Lucas Mayor Noon Those absent were: None Also present were: John Danielson, City Manager Bob Widner, City Attorney Wayne Reed, Deputy City Manager Elisha Thomas, Assistant City Manager Dawn Priday, Director of Finance Corri Spiegel, Economic Development Manager Barbara Setterlind, Deputy City Clerk C. Executive Sessions Executive Session Pursuant to C.R.S. 24-6-402(4)(e) to Determine Negotiation Strategy and Instruct Negotiators Regarding the I-25 Interchange and Arapahoe - Waco to Himalaya Projects Executive Session Pursuant to C.R.S. § 24-6-402(4)(b) and (e) to Devise Negotiation Strategy, Instruct Negotiators and Receive Legal Advice Concerning a Pending Annexation Petition Minutes – Study Session December 09, 2013 Page 2 Council Member Piko moved to go into Executive Session Pursuant to C.R.S. 24-6-402(4)(e) to Determine Negotiation Strategy and Instruct Negotiators Regarding the I-25 Interchange and Arapahoe - Waco to Himalaya Projects and Executive Session Pursuant to C.R.S. § 24-6- 402(4)(b) and (e) to Devise Negotiation Strategy, Instruct Negotiators and Receive Legal Advice Concerning a Pending Annexation Petition. Council Member Bosier seconded the motion. With Council Member Bosier, Council Member McClellan, Council Member Weidmann, Council Member Dindinger, Mayor Noon, Council Member Gardner, Council Member Moon, Council Member Piko, Council Member Lucas voting AYE, and (None) voting NAY; Absent: 0. THE MOTION Passed. D. Adjourn There being no further business to discuss, the Study Session was adjourned at 7:45 PM.
