MINUTES OF THE CENTENNIAL CITY COUNCIL Special Meeting 6:00 PM Monday, January 06, 2014 A Special Meeting of the City Council was held on this date in the City Council Chambers at 13133 E. Arapahoe Road, Centennial, Colorado. A full and timely notice of this meeting had been posted and a quorum was present. 1. Call to Order Mayor Noon called the meeting to order at 6:04 PM. 2. Roll Call Those present were: Mayor Noon Council Member Dindinger Council Member Bosier Council Member McClellan Council Member Weidman Council Member Gardner Council Member Moon Council Member Piko Council Member Lucas Council Member-Elect Turley Council Member-Elect Truhlar Council Member-Elect Gotto Council Member-Elect Whelan Those absent were: None Also present were: John Danielson, City Manager Bob Widner, City Attorney Wayne Reed, Deputy City Manager Elisha Thomas, Assistant City Manager Brenda Madison, City Clerk Barbara Setterlind, Deputy City Clerk 3. Recognition of Departing Council Members Mayor Noon recognized the departing Council Members and presented gifts. Council Members Dindinger, Bosier, McClellan and Weidman made brief speeches. 4. Swearing-in of Council Members-Elect Honorable Judge Ford Wheatley led the swearing-in of Mayor Noon and Council Members-Elect Turley, Truhlar, Gotto and Whelan. 5.
