MINUTES OF THE CENTENNIAL CITY COUNCIL Study Session 6:00 PM Monday, January 13, 2014 A Study Session of the City Council was held on this date in the City Council Chambers at 13133 E. Arapahoe Road, Centennial, Colorado. A full and timely notice of this meeting had been posted and a quorum was present. A. Call to Order Mayor Noon called the meeting to order at 6:03 PM. B. Sam Sharp, District Financial Advisor; Saranne Maxwell, District Bond Counsel; Kristen Bear, District Attorney, were present. F.
