MINUTES OF THE CENTENNIAL CITY COUNCIL Study Session 6:00 PM Monday, April 14, 2014 A Study Session of the City Council was held on this date in the City Council Chambers at 13133 E. Arapahoe Road, Centennial, Colorado. A full and timely notice of this meeting had been posted and a quorum was present. A. Call to Order Mayor Noon called the meeting to order at 6:05 PM. B. Executive Session Pursuant to C.R.S. 24-6-402(4)(e) to Devise Negotiation Strategy and Instruct Negotiators Regarding an Incentive Agreement Associated with a Development D. Executive Session Pursuant to C.R.S. 24-6-402(4)(e) to Devise Negotiation Strategy and Instruct Negotiators Regarding a Potential Annexation and Associated Incentives Agreement Council Member Lucas moved to go into Executive Session Pursuant to C.R.S. 24-6-402(4)(e) to Devise Negotiation Strategy and Instruct Negotiators Regarding an Incentive Agreement Associated with a Development, and Pursuant to C.R.S. 24-6-402(4)(e) to Devise Negotiation Strategy and Instruct Negotiators Regarding a Potential Annexation and Associated Incentives Agreement. THE MOTION Passed. E. 1% Fund - Evaluation Criteria This item was moved to the Regular Meeting Agenda, (item 13.b.). F.
