MINUTES OF THE CENTENNIAL CITY COUNCIL Study Session 6:00 PM Monday, April 06, 2015 A Study Session of the City Council was held on this date in the City Council Chambers at 13133 E. Arapahoe Road, Centennial, Colorado. A full and timely notice of this meeting had been posted and a quorum was present. A. Call to Order Mayor Noon called the meeting to order at 6:04 PM B. Roll Call Those present were: Mayor Noon Council Member Turley Council Member Gardner Council Member Moon Council Member Piko Council Member Lucas Council Member Truhlar Council Member Gotto Council Member Whelan Those absent were: None Also present were: John Danielson, City Manager Bob Widner, City Attorney Wayne Reed, Deputy City Manager Elisha Thomas, Assistant City Manager Sheri Chadwick, Director of Communications Andy Firestine, Director of Community Development Daniel Krzyzanowski, Principal Planner Eric Eddy, Assistant to the City Manager Barbara Setterlind, City Clerk Ebony Brewington, Deputy City Clerk C. Building Services Contract Update; 6:08 PM Andy Firestine, Director of Community Development, presented. D. Dove Valley Regional Park Expansion Plan Update; 6:27 PM Daniel Krzyanowski, Principal Planner, made a brief introduction. Nicole Horst representing Wenk and Associates presented.
