MINUTES OF THE CENTENNIAL CITY COUNCIL Study Session 6:00 PM Monday, December 9, 2019 A Study Session of the City Council was held on this date in the Council Chambers at 13133 E. Arapahoe Road, Centennial, Colorado. A full and timely notice of this meeting had been posted and a quorum was present. 1 Call to Order Mayor Piko called the meeting to order at 6:04 PM. 2 Roll Call Those present were: Mayor Piko Council Member Moon Council Member Turley Council Member Penaloza Council Member Maurer Council Member Lucas Council Member Sutherland Council Member Alston Council Member Weidmann Those absent were: None Also present were: Matthew Sturgeon, City Manager Bob Widner, City Attorney Eric Eddy, Director of Strategic Initiatives Barbara Setterlind, City Clerk Ebony Vivens, Deputy City Clerk 3 Executive Session Pursuant to C.R.S. § 24-6-402(4)(b) and (e) to receive legal advice, devise negotiation strategy, and instruct negotiators concerning one or more professional service agreements for municipal judge services and the administration of such agreements Council Member Penaloza to Approve moved to Executive Session Pursuant to C.R.S. § 24-6- 402(4)(b) and (e) to receive legal advice, devise negotiation strategy, and instruct negotiators concerning one or more professional service agreements for municipal judge services and the administration of such agreements. Council Member Sutherland seconded the motion. With Mayor Piko, Council Member Moon, Council Member Lucas, Council Member Turley, Council Member Alston, Council Member Maurer, Council Member Penaloza, Council Member Sutherland, Council Member Weidmann voting AYE, and (None) voting NAY; Absent: 0.
