MINUTES OF THE CENTENNIAL CITY COUNCIL Study Session 6:00 PM Tuesday, January 21, 2020 A Study Session of the City Council was held on this date in the Council Chambers at 13133 E. Arapahoe Road, Centennial, Colorado. A full and timely notice of this meeting had been posted and a quorum was present. 1 Call to Order Mayor Piko called the meeting to order at 6:01 PM. 2 Roll Call Those present were: Mayor Piko Council Member Moon Council Member Turley Council Member Penaloza Council Member Maurer Council Member Lucas Council Member Sutherland Council Member Weidmann Council Member Elect Sweetland Council Member Elect Holt Council Member Elect Sheehan Those absent were: Council Member Alston Also present were: Matthew Sturgeon, City Manager Bob Widner, City Attorney Elisha Thomas, Deputy City Manager Chris Price, Assistant City Attorney Steve Greer, Director of Community Development Eric Eddy, Director of Strategic Initiative Barbara Setterlind, City Clerk Ebony Vivens, Deputy City Clerk Proposed Jones District Metropolitan District Update Neil Marciniak, Economic Development Director and Steve Greer, Director of Community Director, presented.
