MINUTES OF THE CENTENNIAL CITY COUNCIL Study Session 6:00 PM Tuesday, September 8, 2020 A Study Session of the City Council was held on this date virtually in Centennial, Colorado. A full and timely notice of this meeting had been posted and a quorum was present. 1 Call to Order Mayo Piko called the meeting to order at 6:00 PM. 2 Roll Call Those present were: Mayor Piko Council Member Moon Council Member Sweetland Council Member Maurer Council Member Sutherland Council Member Holt Council Member Sheehan Council Member Turley Those absent were: Council Member Alston, excused Also present were: Matthew Sturgeon, City Manager Elisha Thomas, Deputy City Manager Bob Widner, City Attorney Eric Eddy, Director of Strategic Initiatives Jenny Houlne, Principal Planner Michael Gradis, Senior Planner Barbara Setterlind, City Clerk Christina Cooney, Deputy City Clerk 3 Presentation by the Mile High Flood District (MHFD, Formerly known as the Urban Drainage and Flood Control District) Related to Floodplain Regulations Ken Mackenzie and David Bennetts of the Mile High Flood District presented. 4 Adjourn There being no further business to discuss, the Study Session was adjourned at 6:39 PM.
