MINUTES OF THE CENTENNIAL CITY COUNCIL Study Session 6:00 PM Tuesday, July 9, 2024 A Study Session of the City Council was held on this date in the Council Chambers at 13133 E. Arapahoe Road, Centennial, Colorado. A full and timely notice of this meeting had been posted and a quorum was present. 1 Call to Order Mayor Piko called the meeting to order at 6:05 PM. 2 Roll Call Those present were: Mayor Piko Council Member Tharp Council Member Carnes Council Member Sweetland Council Member Maurer Councilmember Sutherland Council Member Holt Council Member Alston Council Member Sheehan Those absent were: None Also present were: Matt Sturgeon, City Manager Robert Widner, City Attorney Christina Lovelace, Interim City Clerk Lisa Gajowski, Administrative Analyst 3 Adoption of the 2023 Electric Code Discussion (Madsen); 6:06 PM Joseph Montoya, Chief Building Official, presented. Consensus was to move forward as presented. 4 Proposed Changes to Animal Code Discussion (Thompson/Schultz); 6:18 PM Molly Schultz, Assistant City Attorney and City Prosecutor, and Jordan Berdialis, Animal Enforcement Seargeant, presented.
