Arapahoe Road, Centennial, Colorado. Director Sutherland seconded the motion. With Chairperson Piko, Director Alston, Director Carnes, Director Holt, Director Maurer, Director Sheehan, Director Sutherland, Director Sweetland, Director Tharp voting AYE, and (None) voting NAY; Abstain: 0; Absent: 0. THE MOTION Passed 4 Consideration of Resolutions a RESOLUTION NO. 2024-WHGID-R-02 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE WALNUT HILLS GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTIVE OFFICER TO EXECUTE AGREEMENTS, Minutes – Walnut Hills General Improvement District 7/9/2024 6:00:00 PM Page 2 CONTRACTS AND OTHER DOCUMENTS FOR COMPLETION OF THE 2024 FENCE PROJECT Jonah Schneider, Strategic Initiatives Manager, presented. Andrea Suhaka, 6864 S Ulster Cir., GID representative to the board spoke. Chair person Piko opened the Public Hearing, seeing no one present wishing to speak the Public Hearing was closed. Director Maurer moved to approve RESOLUTION NO. 2024-WHGID-R-02 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE WALNUT HILLS GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTIVE OFFICER TO EXECUTE AGREEMENTS, CONTRACTS AND OTHER DOCUMENTS FOR COMPLETION OF THE 2024 FENCE PROJECT. Director Holt seconded the motion. With Chairperson Piko, Director Alston, Director Carnes, Director Holt, Director Maurer, Director Sheehan, Director Sutherland, Director Sweetland, Director Tharp voting AYE, and (None) voting NAY; Abstain: 0; Absent: 0.
