MINUTES OF THE CENTENNIAL CITY COUNCIL Study Session 6:00 PM Tuesday, August 20, 2024 A Study Session of the City Council was held on this date in the Council Chambers at 13133 E. Arapahoe Road, Centennial, Colorado. A full and timely notice of this meeting had been posted and a quorum was present. 1 Call to Order Mayor Piko called the meeting to order at 6:01 PM. 2 Roll Call Those present were: Council Member Tharp Council Member Carnes Council Member Sweetland Council Member Maurer Council Member Sutherland Council Member Holt Council Member Alston (participated via zoom) Council Member Sheehan Mayor Piko Those absent were: None Also present were: Matt Sturgeon, City Manager Elisha Thomas, Deputy City Manager Chris Price, Deputy City Attorney Lisa Gajowski, Administrative Analyst Summer Greenwood, City Records Administrator 3 Denver South Update (Marciniak) 6:02 PM a Denver South (Economic Development and Transportation Management) Update (Marciniak) Neil Marciniak, Economic Development Director presented.
