MINUTES OF THE CENTENNIAL CITY COUNCIL Study Session 6:00 PM Tuesday, March 18, 2025 A Study Session of the City Council was held on this date in the Council Chambers at 13133 E. Arapahoe Road, Centennial, Colorado. A full and timely notice of this meeting had been posted and a quorum was present. 1 Call to Order Mayor Piko called the meeting to order at 6:00 PM. 2 Roll Call Those present were: Mayor Piko Council Member Tharp Council Member Carnes Council Member Sweetland Council Member Maurer Council Member Holt Council Member Alston Council Member Sheehan Those absent were: Council Member Sutherland, Excused Also present were: Matt Sturgeon, City Manager Elisha Thomas, Deputy City Manager Christopher Price, City Attorney Eric Eddy, Assistant City Manager Christina Lovelace, City Clerk Allie Esch, Deputy City Clerk 3 Commercial Lodging Facilities Licensing Program; 6:01 PM Eric Eddy, Assistant City Manager, presented. Consensus was to move forward with bringing an Ordinance before council at a future meeting. 4 Reports; 6:43 PM Moved from the Regular Meeting Agenda Council Members Sheehan, Holt, Maurer, Sweetland, Carnes, and Tharp gave reports.
