THE CITY OF CHANDLER CITY COUNCIL WILL MEET FOR A REGULAR SCHEDULED MEETING TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 14, 2017 IN THE CITY HALL OF CHANDLER, TEXAS AT 6:00 PM AGENDA A. CALL TO ORDER B. PLEDGE TO THE FLAG C. INVOCATION D. ROLL CALL AND ANNOUNCE IF A QUORUM IS PRESENT E. AGENDA CHANGES F. VISITORS/CITIZENS FORUM: At this time, any person (Limited to the first five to sign up, each will be allowed 3 minutes) with business before the Council not scheduled on the agenda may speak to the Council. No formal action may be taken on these items. G. EXECUTIVE SESSION: Council will go into Executive Session Pursuant to Texas Government Code section 551.071 (contemplated or pending litigation), the Council will discuss the following:  Water Well No. 7 H. REGULAR SESSION: Subjects to be discussed or upon which any formal action may be taken are as follows: 1. Consider and act on actions, if any, from the Executive Session. 2. Hold Public Hearing on an amendment to CHAPTER 14 – ZONING; ARTICLE 14.02 EXHIBIT A - ZONING ORDINANCE; APPENDIX 3A-1 through 3A-6; APPENDIX 3B; AND APPENDIX 3C. to discuss revisions to the city’s accessory building regulations; in addition to changes to APPENDIX A - FEE SCHEDULE. 3. Consider and act on Ordinance O-021417, an amendment to CHAPTER 14 – ZONING; ARTICLE 14.02 EXHIBIT A - ZONING ORDINANCE; APPENDIX 3A-1 through 3A-6; APPENDIX 3B; AND APPENDIX 3C, revising the city’s accessory building regulations; in addition to revising APPENDIX A - FEE SCHEDULE. 4. Consider and act on an Agricultural Site Plan for an accessory structure at 10500 CR 3202. 5. Consider and act on Contract with Henderson County for the May 6, 2017 General Election. 6. Consider and act on Early Voting and Election Day location being moved from City Hall (811 Hwy 31 E) to the Community Center (811 Hwy 31 E). 7. Consider and act on Order of Election for the May 6, 2017 General Election. 8. Consider and act on designation of April 24, 2017 and May 1, 2017 as the two twelve hour days for the early voting period for the May 6, 2017 General Election. 9. Consent Agenda: All matters listed under “Consent Agenda” are considered to be routine by the City Council and will be enacted by one motion. There will not be separate discussion of  these items.
