No formal action may be taken on these items. H. REGULAR SESSION: Subjects to be discussed or upon which any formal action may be taken are as follows: 1. Hold Public Hearing on proposed funds from the Economic Development Corporation for a Grant to Chandler TX, Hospitality, LLC in the amount of $200,000 for the construction of hotel project. 2. Consider and act on proposed funds from the Economic Development Corporation for a Grant to Chandler TX, Hospitality, LLC in the amount of $200,000 for the construction of hotel project. 3. Hold Public Hearing on proposed funds from the Economic Development Corporation to the City of Chandler to off-set Bond Payments for Sawmill Road not to exceed $100,000 over a period not to exceed five years. 4. Consider and act on proposed funds from the Economic Development Corporation to the City of Chandler to off-set Bond Payments for Sawmill Road not to exceed $100,000 over a period not to exceed five years. 5. Consider and act on Resolution R-011017-A approving and authorizing the execution and delivery of a project agreement between the City of Chandler, Chandler Area Economic Development Corporation and the Board of Directors of Reinvestment Zone No. One, Chandler, Texas; approving the expenditure of funds by the Corporation in connection therewith; and containing other provisions related thereto. 6. Consider and act on Ordinance O-011017 adopting the Chandler Reinvestment Zone #1 Project Plan and Finance Plan. 7. Consider and act on Resolution R-011017-B directing publication of notice of intention to issue combination tax and revenue certificates of obligation. 8. Consider and act on Resolution R-011017-C authorizing the Mayor to enter into a Hotel and Convention Services Agreement and Performance Agreement on the part of the City of Chandler  with Chandlertx Hospitality, LLC., a Texas limited liability company. 9. Consider and act on Resolution R-011017-D approving the application for a CDBG grant for Sportsman’s Paradise water line project Phase 1. 10. Consider and act on awarding the Administrator contract for the proposed CDBG application for Sportsman’s Paradise water line project Phase 1 to Traylor and Associates to be executed upon awarding of grant. 11. Consider and act on awarding the Engineer contract for the proposed CDBG application for Sportsman’s Paradise water line project Phase 1 to SPI to be executed upon awarding of grant. 12. Discuss and provide staff direction on an ordinance amendment regarding accessory building standards. 13. Consider and act on renewing the CSA and Special Event Coordinator contract for 2017. 14. Consent Agenda: All matters listed under “Consent Agenda” are considered to be routine by the City Council and will be enacted by one motion. There will not be separate discussion of these items.
