THE CITY OF CHANDLER CITY COUNCIL WILL MEET FOR A REGULAR SCHEDULED MEETING TUESDAY, DECEMBER 13, 2016 IN THE CITY HALL OF CHANDLER, TEXAS AT 6PM AGENDA A. CALL TO ORDER B. PLEDGE TO THE FLAG C. No formal action may be taken on these items. G. REGULAR SESSION: Subjects to be discussed or upon which any formal action may be taken are as follows: 1. Consider and act on a Final Plat of Pecan Corner lots 1 – 3 located at the northwest corner of Hwy 31 and Fourth Street. 2. Consider and act on a site plan associated with the development of the Spartan Services Building at the northwest corner of Hwy 31 and Fourth Street. 3. Consider and act on Ordinance O-121316 approving a Specific Use Permit (SUP) and site plan with variance in setback for Townhouses in R-1 zoning at 321 Fourth Street. 4. Consider and act on a Final Plat of Chandler Cemetery Addition Lot 1 consisting of 15 acres at the southwest corner of Old Tyler Road and Sawmill Road. 5. Consider and act on Resolution R-121316 authorizing application for financial assistance from the Texas Water Development Board for water system improvements; and making certain related findings. 6. Presentation of the 2016 Major Accomplishments List and Demographic Snapshot Report 7. Discuss and provide staff direction on re-routing traffic associated with Chandler Elementary School. 8. Consent Agenda: All matters listed under “Consent Agenda” are considered to be routine by the City Council and will be enacted by one motion. There will not be separate discussion of these items.
