THE CITY OF CHANDLER CITY COUNCIL WILL MEET FOR A REGULAR SCHEDULED MEETING TUESDAY, MAY 9, 2017 IN THE CITY HALL OF CHANDLER, TEXAS AT 6:00 PM AGENDA A. CALL TO ORDER B. PLEDGE TO THE FLAG C. EXECUTIVE SESSION: Council will go into Executive Session Pursuant to Texas Government Code section 551.071 (contemplated or pending litigation), the Council will discuss the following:  Water Well No. 7 H. Consider and act on Resolution R-040917 creating a Finance Director position. 3. Consider and act on Ordinance O-050917-A amending the water rates for the city of Chandler. 4. Ordinance O-050917-B amending Ordinance O-091316-A adopting the 2016-17 Operating Budget. 5. Consider and act on renewing the City’s solid waste contract with Sanitation Solutions 6. Consent Agenda: All matters listed under “Consent Agenda” are considered to be routine by the City Council and will be enacted by one motion. There will not be separate discussion of these items.
