Comments will be limited to the first five to sign up; each will be allowed 3 minutes. No formal action or discussion will be taken at this time. F. REGULAR SESSION: Subjects to be discussed or upon which any formal action may be taken are as follows: 1. The Chandler Area Economic Development Corp. will conduct a Public Hearing to review the following allocations. a. Proposed funds to guarantee annual bond payments for the Chandler Tax Increment Finance District #1 which will result in EDC expenses of $35,000 to $75,000 over 2 to 5 years. b. Proposed funds to pay engineering fees of $88,000 For Sawmill Road of which all will be reimbursed through the Tax Increment Finance District Bond. 2. Consider adoption of a resolution expressing official intent to reimburse costs of projects. 3. Consider and act on authorization of payment of $53,000 for lights and shade project at Winchester Park. 4. Discussion on upcoming evaluation of EDC Director. G.
