AGENDA CHANGES E. VISITORS/CITIZENS FORUM: The Public may comment on any matter or concern upon which the Board may take action on, if necessary at a subsequent meeting. Comments will be limited to the first five to sign up; each will be allowed 3 minutes. No formal action or discussion will be taken at this time. F. REGULAR SESSION: Subjects to be discussed or upon which any formal action may be taken are as follows: 1. The Chandler Area Economic Development Corp. will conduct a Public Hearing to review the following allocations. a. Proposed funds for lighting and shade projects at Winchester Park. Total allocation $53,000.00. G. EXECUTIVE SESSION: The Economic Development Board will now go into closed session pursuant to the provision of Chapter 551, Texas Government Code. 1. Discussion: Deliberation on the appointment, employment, evaluation, and/or duties regarding personnel in accordance with the Texas Government Code, Section 551.074. H. RECONVENE into Regular Session and Consider Action, if Any, on Items Discussed in Executive Session. 1. Consider and act on annual evaluation of Economic Development Director. I.
