OVERVIEW: Donald Price wishes to create 2 lots for the purpose of building a house on lot 2-B. COPELAND 13601 Greystone Dr. Farmers Branch, Texas 75244 srcope@sbcglobal.net 214-549-7830 February 25, 2015 Dear John, I am writing to follow up our conversation about the Extension of the Temporary Certificate of Occupancy for the Main Street Market ending on March 2015. I have spoken to three contractors about putting up the wood on the Market pavilion and have lined up Mr. Mark Biggs with Maffco Construction to do the job. I know he came by to meet you and he is a very well respected builder. I have done several jobs with his company. He hopes to get to my job it in the next three weeks. The job should not take very many days he informs me, but all of these contractors are busy right now. All is to say the job is expected to be completed by the end of March and hope our Certificate of Occupancy can be granted at the completion of this work. The plans for Phase III are coming along nicely with the site plan development as well. These are in the hands of Mr. Mark Holubec whom you have also met. We hope to make a presentation to Planning and Zoning and the Council in April. I will be in Chandler quite a bit in March due to surgery that Dad is having. Tammy and I will be coming in to care for them the first two weeks of March, so if we need to talk further on these are other matters I will be in the vicinity.
