Planning & Zoning Commission 811 Hwy. 31 East CHANDLER, TEXAS 75758 The City of Chandler Planning & Zoning Commission met for a regular scheduled meeting on Tuesday, November 4, 2014 at Chandler City Hall. Chairman, Bob Peyton opened the meeting at 6:02 p.m. The invocation was given by Rick Ford. Members Present: Matthew Berry Felix Exelbierd Rick Ford Tommy Speake Item 1. Public Hearing closed at 6:06pm. No comments. Item 2. Rick Ford made a motion to approve re-plat as submitted and recommends the 0.136 acre tract of Joan Street Right-of-way be abandoned and made a part of the new lot 7-A. Felix Exelbierd seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. Item 3. Felix Exelbierd made a motion to approve the site plan as submitted and variances to the finish materials as presented with the following condition. Rick Ford seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. 1. EIFS 4 feet from the ground up is required to be installed with an Ultra High Impact Mesh. For this project ultra-high impact EIFS is considered a primary finish material. The required 60/40 split between primary and secondary finish materials must be met.
