Public Hearing concerning re-platting of JW Cade Subdivision Unit No. 1, being Lots 6 and 7, Block 3 as recorded in the plat records of Henderson County, Volume 7, Page 31, and Lot 24, Block 1, JW Cade Subdivision Unit No. 2 for the purpose of abandoning a portion of the street right-of-way and reconfiguring 2 lots, Lot 6-A and Lot 7-A. 2. Consider and act on re-plat as submitted and recommendation that the 0.136 acre tract of Joan Street right-of-way be abandoned and made a part of the new lot 7-A. 3. Consider and act on the Taco Bell site plan and variance request from Taco Bell from the city ordinance Section 19-9 BUILDING FINISH STANDARDS AND ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN STANDARDS, to follow the Taco Bell branding image and prototype.
