City of Chandler Planning & Zoning Commission 811 Hwy. 31 East CHANDLER, TEXAS 75758 The City of Chandler Planning & Zoning Commission met for a regular scheduled meeting on Tuesday, October 7, 2014 at Chandler City Hall. Chairman, Bob Peyton opened the meeting at 6:00 p.m. The invocation was given by Rick Ford. Members Present: Matthew Berry Felix Exelbierd Rick Ford Tommy Speake Item 1. Felix Exelbierd made a motion to immediately open the drive on Kidd Drive (Entrance to Brookshire’s) with the Recommendation to Council that the intersection of Walnut and FM 315 be repaired with suitable approached for safety reasons in all direction.
