City of Chandler Planning & Zoning Commission 811 Hwy. 31 East CHANDLER, TEXAS 75758 The City of Chandler Planning & Zoning Commission met for a regular scheduled meeting on Tuesday, May 7, 2013 at Chandler City Hall. Chairman Bob Peyton opened the meeting at 6:00p.m. The invocation was given by Rick Ford. Members Present: Bob Peyton, Chairman Rick Ford Tommy Speake Felix Exelbierd Absent: Thomas Gros Item 1. Rick Ford made a motion to approve the Final Site Plan for Kidd Jones Oil Company’s New Convenience Store. Felix Exelbierd seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. Item 2. Tommy Speake made a motion to deny a Variance request for a Special Use Permit from Hometown Classic Builders for placement of construction trailer in the Griffin Subdivision. Felix Exelbierd seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
